The cream is usually applied to the bum, specifically the areas in direct contact with the saddle. This typically includes the top of your legs, under your bum cheeks, and the perineum.

Alternatively, some prefer to apply the cream to the chamois of their cycling shorts, focusing on the areas in contact with the saddle.

Whichever method you choose, you'd normally use 5 – 10ml of chamois cream - about one to two full teaspoon size scoops.

Nope. The chamois creams and anti-chafe balm absorbs quickly and leaves behind no greasy marks. You can confidently use it with light-coloured or moisture-wicking gear.
